Returns and Refund  Policy

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction 

At AuBabies, we want all our customers to be thrilled with their purchases. If you discover that an item is faulty or not as described, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to rectifying any issues promptly.

Returning an Item 

When returning an item, please provide the following relevant information: 

  • Your name 

  • Date of purchase: Order number 

  • A detailed description of the issue 

  • Include photos or a video documenting the problem. 

 

Refund Process 

Once we receive the returned parcel, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, we will process the refund based on the purchase price (exclusive of the original shipping cost). Alternatively, if you prefer, we can ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please be aware that you must arrange and pay for the shipping of the returned item.

Refund Timeline 

When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to clear in your account.

Return Conditions 

  • All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, with no damage or wear. 

  • Properly package the returned goods to ensure no damage occurs during transit. Keep in mind that, until we receive them, all items are your responsibility.

Garments and Accessories

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any garments or accessories that have been worn,altered, or customised. We provide these items with the expectation that you will inspect them for suitability before any modifications are made. Any alterations made by you or a third party that cause the item to fall short of your expectations are not our responsibility. 

 

Change of Mind Returns

While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, we may choose to offer an exchange. Please make your purchase decisions carefully, and don't hesitate to contact us if you're unsure before making a purchase.

Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges 

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be communicated and confirmed prior to returning.
